The trails are very skiable with an icey base so they are a little fast but snow covered.

Ogemaw County DNR Snowmobile trail was groomed on Jan 18 and 19 with the 11 inches of snow currently on ground. Snowmobiling is great with a lot of snow hanging off tree limbs. Well worth the ride on 95 miles of trail. Park at Frank Alley Park on Fairview Rd.

Trails are freshly groomed as of Wed 1-18 and are in excellent shape!

Yesterday the West Branch Area was hit pretty hard with snow.
We have around 6 inches.
Ski Trails will be groomed within the next couple days.

January 28th - Buffet & Ski Event Presented by the Ogemaw Hills Pathways Council, at West Branch Country Club with skiing from 3pm-9:30pm, with a dinner buffet and cocktails (cash bar) at the Fairway Bistro from 5:30pm-8:30pm. The snow fall in the West Branch area is around 7 inches and it is still snowing.

Ski Trails will be groomed later today and as long as conidtions permit they will be re-groomed on Sunday or Monday.

Not quite enough snow for grooming but we tried out the new set up of the suspension for steering and it seems to be quite a bit better. Skiers were out on the trails but 2-3 inches more needed for grooming.

The ski trails are still snow covered and actually in great shape as of Monday Night.

Trails were groomed Saturday and were in great condition yesterday.
