IRONS PARK
Irons Park is located in the City around the West Branch of the Rifle River off Valley Street & Shrigley Street. The park was named after the original land owner, Archie Irons. He owned part of the park property and a local grocery store. In 1955 the property was sold and given to the City of West Branch. It has seen many additions and changes over the years, but stands as a beloved place to enjoy the outdoors. Many events are held in the park yearly like an Easter egg hunt, Humane Society Mutt March, Summer Music Series, Victorian Art Fair, fishing derby and duck races to name a few.
